Making the Most of Your Visit
Timing
Please aim to get to the theatre at least twenty minutes prior to the start of the performance to allow ample time for group members to check large bags into the cloakroom and to find their seats. Please note that latecomers will not be admitted into the auditorium.
Bags Policy
In response to the current security situation, rucksacks and large bags are not permitted in the auditorium. We operate a free bag checking service in our cloakroom.
Playtexts and Bookshop
Students may interested to know that they can buy the full text of the play for just £3 from any usher or from the bookshop, which stays open until 10.30pm.
A Gentle Reminder
Please remind students to turn off their mobile phones and discourage them from eating sweets in the auditorium. We encourage young people to respond and engage with the production, so long as this is not disruptive to other theatregoers. Our Front of House team are briefed in monitoring and responding to disruptive behaviour. There is a staff member positioned on every door of the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs should you need any assistance. Please also note that there is no re-admittance to the auditorium once the performance has started.
